We have partnered with a national manufacturer to assist them in adding an outstanding Maintenance Manager to the team. This leader will report to the Vice President of Operations, and lead a multi-shift team.
This leader will:
- Set the example in the dedication to safety for employees and consumers
- Hire, train, and oversee maintenance team across multiple shifts
- Create and implement KPIs to ensure peak team and facility performance
- Create and implement TPM program
- Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Schedule and manage all shutdowns necessary for plant improvements
Qualifications for this role include:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Four-year degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline preferred, but not required
- 3+ years in a Maintenance Leadership role within manufacturing facilities
- Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, facilities
- Extensive experience with Preventive Maintenance programs
